1. More types, higher quality

Most of the manufacturers are middle and small bearings, features are less types and big quantity. Therefore, mass production line is of high automation, with high efficiency. Along with the development of the industry, customer requirements are more sand more customized. In such situation, rigid production line whether to give up the order or to increase the price. So in the future, Chinese factories need to enlarge the bearing types and lower the production cost as well.

2. Subdivide the applications

Different types of sliding bearings have different heat treatment, different lathing process, different surface treatment and different requirements. So most of the sliding bearing factory is focused on one or two filed or application. Imported bearings have fine sorted applications or field, then they produce the bearings in their own industry. In the future, domestic bearing factories have to clear the product position and subdivide the applications and fields.
